I'm in the June On Office!

This is the cover story of the June issue of On Office Magazine, written by Kerstin Zumstein and photographs by Ed Reeve; who I blogged about in my 'Milano Diary'. I was asked how has the recession affected me and what will the effect be on design?

Between Michael Maroitt (website) and Tom Dixon (website) not bad hey! I decided to go for opportunity as that is what the recession has given me. I was offered redundancy and left my job in December 2008. Finally I had the chance and no more excuses, to pursue my dream job in design full time. I now have a range of work in my portfolio, my first collection of four products and I'm looking forward to more shows and new designs. Now I just need to get some money coming in, via briefs, licencing agreements and employment!
