NiX Brand Video 2024 - Novella Stories

As part of our upper funnel marketing strategy at NiX by Nicola Harding, we set out to elevate brand awareness and engagement by creating the first-ever brand video. This was a pivotal moment for NiX, as it offered an opportunity to share the story behind the brand and showcase the core values that define it.

NiX products are born out of a deep understanding of how we live and how a home fits together. Resilient and timeless, they balance beauty and functionality, with quality at the heart of every design. Each piece is crafted to endure and be passed down through generations. This ethos of thoughtful design is reflected not only in the aesthetics but also in the meticulous manufacturing and quality processes.

The brand video featured Nicola Harding (Creative Director and Founder) and Andy Harding (Managing Director), highlighting their shared vision and how NiX was born. To further reinforce the brand's authenticity and provenance, we created a series of "maker shorts," showcasing the UK artisans behind our products; from fabric weaving in Yorkshire to upholstering in Derbyshire and handcrafted lampshades made just 20 minutes from the NiX studio in London.

To bring these stories to life, we partnered with the talented storytellers at Novella Stories, led by Georgia and her exceptional team, who specialise in making thoughtful films for creative people. I worked closely with Novella, briefing and art directing all the videos on location to ensure the visuals aligned seamlessly with the NiX brand identity.

The results were beautifully crafted films that not only highlighted the authenticity, craftsmanship, and passion behind NiX but also resonated deeply with our audience, strengthening the connection between the brand and its customers. This project was an important step in building NiX’s narrative, showcasing its unique heritage, and amplifying its presence in the market.
